Adam is often referred to as a next-generation consultant, serving as a sounding board and lending his strategic insight when needed, but also finding a way to tactically deliver results. His consulting career began as an investment advisor before also working through the healthcare, retail, hospitality, publishing, communications, sales, information technology, non-profit, and marketing industries.
Along the way, Adam has invested in, founded, managed, and consulted with hundreds of organizations, large and small, giving him unique insight into the opportunities and challenges today’s business leaders face.
Adam was certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), earned his BA in Philosophy – Magna Cum Laude – and has certificates in Bookkeeping, Social Media Marketing, and former investment and insurance licenses. He was peer elected as team leader in a county-wide leadership program where his team won “Outstanding Project of the Year” for helping a local non-profit with facilities expansion and developing a sustainable revenue stream all while gaining extensive exposure.
Adam was awarded 4 of 7 performance awards from a pool of several hundred candidates while working in the financial services industry. He is a contributing author to numerous corporate manuals, has provided public speaking and thought leadership services in numerous industries, is technology friendly, and enjoys mentoring/training others. Committed equally to his community as he is to his business, Adam has served on several governance and advisory boards, and enjoys volunteer work.
When he’s not working, you are likely to find Adam enjoying the great outdoors with his wife and two rapidly growing children, studying integral theory, engaging in some form of exercise, or looking for something good to eat.

In 2012 we decided to make an investment in remarketing Baseload's image, along with a new go-to market strategy, etc. We evaluated several companies to help us with this process and after careful evaluation we choose Kompani for a couple of reasons.
