For the past 15 years, Shah Khan has honed his professional skill set while working at various for-profit and non-profit organizations including The Frost Museum of Science, Miami Children’s Museum, and Quarter Company. While he acknowledges this as the beginning of the development of his professional expertise, Shah credits his strong work ethic and job versatility to the many start-up ventures he has helped create from the ground up. Through this valuable, hands-on experience he developed the ability to learn the functionality of multiple business departments and organizational processes from customer service to project management. Through acquisition of his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Shah learned how to maximize efficiencies, while eliminating waste – a valuable resource for any company, especially one with the breadth of services that the Kompani Group provides.
Shah holds a degree in Finance from Florida International University, and is currently in pursuit of his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He met his wife, Vidya Maharaj, while working together at a non-profit in Miami. Together, they raise their daughter Saheli.
